據(jù)農(nóng)業(yè)部最新數(shù)據(jù)顯示，截至2015年3月16日，全國(guó)配合飼料、濃縮飼料、精料補(bǔ)充料生產(chǎn)企業(yè)總數(shù)為5987家，單一飼料生產(chǎn)企業(yè)1700家，飼料企業(yè)數(shù)量較2013年底下降1/3左右。2014年全國(guó)飼料總產(chǎn)量為1.97億噸，同比增長(zhǎng)2%。而另一組數(shù)據(jù)：全國(guó)工業(yè)飼料產(chǎn)能接近6億噸，而目前只有將近2億噸的產(chǎn)量，其產(chǎn)能利用率僅三分之一左右。換句話說(shuō)，還有4億噸的產(chǎn)能未釋放。
產(chǎn)能過(guò)剩的問(wèn)題可見(jiàn)一斑。加上養(yǎng)豬業(yè)的復(fù)雜行情和環(huán)保壓力，作為產(chǎn)業(yè)投入品的飼料行業(yè)生存空間在哪里？
“目前，不僅是豬業(yè)產(chǎn)能過(guò)剩，飼料行業(yè)也過(guò)剩。未來(lái)飼料行業(yè)不是求量，而是求質(zhì)。在求質(zhì)的過(guò)程中，誰(shuí)能最先突破，誰(shuí)就是贏家�！比涨埃灿由锟萍技瘓F(tuán)股份有限公司董事長(zhǎng)洪平在接受記者采訪時(shí)表示，以前飼料行業(yè)講求的是營(yíng)銷(xiāo)，誰(shuí)的營(yíng)銷(xiāo)厲害，誰(shuí)就是贏家。但現(xiàn)在，營(yíng)銷(xiāo)顯得越來(lái)越弱。食品安全、豬肉安全和環(huán)保壓力下如何應(yīng)對(duì)，是行業(yè)內(nèi)共同的問(wèn)題。
行業(yè)的普遍壓力的確存在，但安佑卻在當(dāng)前的形勢(shì)下實(shí)現(xiàn)了逆勢(shì)增長(zhǎng)，年銷(xiāo)售增長(zhǎng)近30%。而他們又是靠教槽料起家的。
教槽料市場(chǎng)覆蓋率并不低低的是消費(fèi)量
國(guó)內(nèi)教槽料市場(chǎng)至少還有10年的高速增長(zhǎng)期，業(yè)內(nèi)曾有斷言。說(shuō)到教槽料，不能不提及來(lái)自臺(tái)灣的安佑。正是因?yàn)樗麄儗⒔滩哿蠌膰?guó)外引進(jìn)到大陸，才有了“教槽料正式引進(jìn)國(guó)內(nèi)”的標(biāo)志性事件。
“國(guó)外教槽料市場(chǎng)的覆蓋率已經(jīng)達(dá)到80%~90%，但國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)才30%，也有數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)說(shuō)不足25%，但近幾年應(yīng)該超過(guò)了這個(gè)數(shù)字。”洪平認(rèn)為國(guó)內(nèi)教槽料的成長(zhǎng)空間還是存在的。
他解釋說(shuō)，一頭仔豬目前教槽料的用量很少，覆蓋率卻不小。目前國(guó)內(nèi)的飼料廠大多都賣(mài)教槽料，凡有飼料的廠子，就有教槽料。你不做，你有我無(wú)，也不行。一般而言，現(xiàn)在養(yǎng)殖戶(hù)一頭仔豬平均使用1~2公斤教槽料，完全可以成長(zhǎng)到3~4公斤。
據(jù)了解，除了安佑，大北農(nóng)、金新農(nóng)、大臺(tái)農(nóng)、湖南百宜等公司投巨資打造的專(zhuān)業(yè)教槽料生產(chǎn)線，成為同行企業(yè)代加工的重要基地。
“國(guó)內(nèi)教槽料的統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)是一方面，我自己的判斷仍然是用量低，而非覆蓋面低的問(wèn)題。”洪平說(shuō)。
談及目前用量需求低的現(xiàn)實(shí)，洪平表示，目前因?yàn)樨i價(jià)低，養(yǎng)殖戶(hù)也不愿意多投入，但隨著豬價(jià)景氣度的提升，豬價(jià)上漲，對(duì)于教槽料的需求會(huì)進(jìn)一步增加。
環(huán)保飼料成為市場(chǎng)新寵
近年來(lái)，安佑飼料銷(xiāo)售仍保持著近30%的年增長(zhǎng)率，讓行業(yè)側(cè)目。
“我們的增長(zhǎng)來(lái)自于環(huán)保飼料。因?yàn)榄h(huán)保飼料，可以讓排出的豬糞不臭，飼料本身以低蛋白、高氨基酸見(jiàn)長(zhǎng)，使得糞便惡臭度降低。不臭的豬糞，同時(shí)也降低了豬呼吸道疾病誘發(fā)的可能性。最后的結(jié)果，就是改善了豬的增重效能�！焙槠奖硎�，隨著時(shí)代的變化，當(dāng)前環(huán)保等壓力反而對(duì)他們的環(huán)保飼料發(fā)展有利。
