2015年8月6日，2015飼料熱點高層論壇--暨首屆首都生物飼料科技創(chuàng)新論壇在北京友誼賓館華麗開幕。此次大會可謂陣容強大，中國農(nóng)業(yè)部畜牧業(yè)司副司長王俊勛、中國工程院院士李德發(fā)、中國農(nóng)科院北京畜牧獸醫(yī)研究所研究員佟建明、中國農(nóng)業(yè)大學動物科技學院教授張日俊、中國農(nóng)科院北京畜牧獸醫(yī)研究所副研究員張鐵鷹、中國人民大學農(nóng)發(fā)院黨委書記張利庠、北京大北農(nóng)飼料科技有限公司董事長邵根伙及北京科為博生物集團董事長吳培均等眾多農(nóng)牧業(yè)專家、學者及名企代表都參與其中。本次會議吸引了六百余名養(yǎng)殖及飼料企業(yè)代表前來參與，中國養(yǎng)殖網(wǎng)、中國飼料工業(yè)信息網(wǎng)及中國飼料行業(yè)信息網(wǎng)等多家媒體也共同見證了此次盛會。
本次會議的總論壇為“畜牧飼料發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略高層論壇”，下設生物飼料添加劑應用技術、飼料企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理、生物科技開創(chuàng)養(yǎng)殖增值之路三個分論壇。

中國農(nóng)業(yè)部畜牧業(yè)司副司長王俊勛從宏觀角度分析了《畜牧飼料行業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢》，他認為下半年畜產(chǎn)品季節(jié)性消費將逐步增加，價格行情有望逐步好轉，飼料行業(yè)將保持低速增長態(tài)勢。他指出飼料企業(yè)應該積極思考如何調(diào)整生產(chǎn)方式來適應養(yǎng)殖業(yè)的發(fā)展要求，飼料業(yè)是連接種植業(yè)與養(yǎng)殖業(yè)的紐帶，只有做好服務才能在產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中發(fā)揮越來越重要的作用。

中國工程院院士李德發(fā)從動物營養(yǎng)學角度講述了《動物微生物與健康研究進展》，他談到丁酸在動物與人類營養(yǎng)方面有重要作用，具有廣闊的研究前景；將工藝學與營養(yǎng)學結合能夠有效促進飼料工業(yè)的發(fā)展；飼料工業(yè)要與統(tǒng)計學充分結合建立凈能預測方程，也要與歷史統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)相聯(lián)系挖掘變化規(guī)律以實現(xiàn)精準配制，因為精準配制飼料會使企業(yè)取得良好效益。

中國農(nóng)科院北京畜牧獸醫(yī)研究所研究員佟建明分享了《國內(nèi)外生物飼料的研究進展、問題和對策》，他認為今后真正面臨的問題是如何使用抗生素，如果不使用抗生素就能達到目的是最理想的，如何來替代抗生素是研究者、企業(yè)應該去思考的。飼用微生物為抗生素的替代提供了可能，其能抑制有害生物、維護腸道健康、緩解不良應激、改善畜舍環(huán)境及改善產(chǎn)品品質。佟建明先生談到飼料企業(yè)應拋棄過去的評價標準體系，回歸到動物本身。

北京科為博生物集團董事長吳培均在會上做了題為《生物技術在飼料與養(yǎng)殖中的價值創(chuàng)造》的精彩報告。他談到，酶制劑、生物飼料將會成為最有發(fā)展前途的產(chǎn)品，化學合成類產(chǎn)品帶來的效益是1+1等于2的，而生物合成產(chǎn)品取得的效益是1+1遠遠大于2大的。他結合科為博生物多年生產(chǎn)酶制劑及微生態(tài)制劑等生物產(chǎn)品的經(jīng)驗，指出控制產(chǎn)品在生產(chǎn)、運輸、保存過程中質量穩(wěn)定性是生物飼料普及及使用的前提，也是不同生物飼料生產(chǎn)企業(yè)打造核心競爭力的關鍵。

生物科技開創(chuàng)養(yǎng)殖增值之路論壇上，南京農(nóng)業(yè)大學黃瑞華教授為大家詳細講述了豬場精細化管理，他指出精細化管理是豬群健康與取得高效益的前提，養(yǎng)豬企業(yè)應細化生產(chǎn)細節(jié)，不斷提升養(yǎng)殖管理水平，做到精細化與人性化，因為如果不能給豬提供良好的環(huán)境那么工藝再先進也養(yǎng)不好豬。

中國人民大學農(nóng)發(fā)院黨委書記張利庠教授深度分析了《農(nóng)業(yè)4.0時代飼料發(fā)展趨勢》。他談到，中國的農(nóng)業(yè)需要新的突破，也就是所謂的農(nóng)業(yè)4.0，即打造基于消費的品牌農(nóng)業(yè)、基于整合的六產(chǎn)農(nóng)業(yè)、基于技術的智慧農(nóng)業(yè)、基于功能的休閑農(nóng)業(yè)、基于管理的的策略農(nóng)業(yè)及基于服務的綜合農(nóng)業(yè)。他談到養(yǎng)殖及飼料企業(yè)應由提高生產(chǎn)效率轉變?yōu)樘嵘M效率，他指出飼料企業(yè)做強區(qū)域化，提升產(chǎn)品流量才是關鍵。
